Let’s be honest 2020 has not been for the feint hearted and most of us are feeling the side effects. I am calling it The Emotional Hangover because that’s exactly I am feeling right now! 

Perhaps some of you have gained a few extra kilos, feeling bloated and generally just out of control.

A detox can be a great way to give yourself a healthy boost to kick start a better diet and fitness routine. Most of us can often feel motivated during the detox to embrace a healthier lifestyle, and start hitting the gym at the same time.

Exercise can kick start the natural detox process as it flushes out the lungs, and cleanses the skin as we work up a sweat. It also increases blood flow promoting better circulation to pump white blood cells through the body and help organs cleanse themselves effectively.
